The limited slip differential was sourced from a California junk yard.
I can't decide if I want to install it or just sit and look at it...
I've always admired the look of V-12, Colombo designed Ferrari cam covers so I did this up to emulate the look.
The throttle bell crank was installed with the original carburetor throttle rod positions but was later changed as it was found to be far to sensitive for the ITB fuel injection.
As seen in this image, the rear coolant manifold stub is too close to the injector boss so we'll need to fabricate an extension. See details in a later image.

I anticipate vastly improved handling characteristics as a result of new bushings throughout the suspension.
We had to use later axle stubs and backing plates for the ventilated rotors and their calipers.

Suspension installation completed, Jenny helps me move the car out of the hangar and to KMS for the drivetrain installation.
Engine, aluminum radiator and coil packs are now in place though there are a considerable number of tasks yet to complete.
In this image the original brake booster is still mounted and we determine that it's going to have to go in order for us to make room for a suitable air box. There are no quick solutions on our radar but we're searching for ideas and are sure to come up with a suitable alternative to this behemoth.
We added a length of tubing to the coolant manifold in order to eliminate hose clearance issues. The threaded end of the original stub was sliced off and added to the end of the tube. NIce work, Tim!
Installation of air box base plate and velocity stacks. The bump out between stacks two and three is for throttle rod clearance. The vertical throttle rod's position on the bell crank will later be moved inboard after discovering a way "too sensitive" gas pedal. The blue plate with AN fittings below covers the stock oil filter mount which will be remote from the block.
Lots of detail work went into fitting the velocity stacks to the air box baseplate.
This is the shortened tube on which the original vacuum booster was mounted. The actuating rod was shortened an equal length and then this circular mount fabricated for the replacement master cylinder/booster.

Final air box configuration. The tube directly above the injectors is for vacuum, the braided line on the air box is fuel return. Also in this view is the brake fluid reservoir next to the rear of the box. Its air tank and pump are mounted below it.
